Rooted in Tradition, Guided by Nature
Decades ago, commercial dairy industrialization replaced hand-churned Bilona Ghee with high-heat cream extraction. In doing so, the rich medicinal qualities celebrated in Ayurveda were lost.
We established our organic farm sanctuary in the serene pastures of Gir, Gujarat. Here, our free-grazing A2 Gir cows live with dignity, feeding exclusively on natural flora, neem, ashwagandha, and fresh grass.
Ahimsa Milking
Calves are fed first before milk is gently gathered for churning.
Earthen Pot Ferment
Whole milk is cultured in terracotta pots to preserve beneficial gut flora.
